I would imagine that brake light kit only involves the brake light circuit, in which case they should be compatible. The Signal minder only taps into the brake light wires to know if it is on or not, so it pauses they counter. I would think the wires would still be hot or not...
Oh wait now that I think of it... That kit ads running lights too? Can you use that kit and NOT use the running light feature? That might get funky with the signal minder...
