yEAH, i pretty much remember seeing the same kind of stories on the nigthly news from towns like Manchester and Willimantic... But I don't expect that is any different from any other town anywhere in the country! But, I did find a really decent house today for a really decent price (yep, even IN Connecticut!), so, if you CT guys could maybe go and just camp on his front driveway and scare away potential buyers until my house sells, I'd be mighty appreciative! Maybe post a sign that says future clubhouse for Merts Maulers....
