Did you have to wire a relay for the stebel?
That's a very big yes. The standard horn wiring routes straight through the horn button which is nothing more than a couple of tiny copper contacts. That's fine with the 1-2 amps the stocker pulls, but with the 10 or so amps for the stebel (or pretty much ANY real horn) they'd probably weld themselves together the first time you used it. However putting a relay in is nothing for even the most electrically inept to fear.
If you've taken off the AI (as most of us have) you've got a pre-made mounting point for the relay where the AI pump fits. Just re-route the standard horn wires to the relay, run a new wire from the battery positive to the relay, and from the relay top the new horn. Earth the horn to its mounting bolt. It's a good idea to put in a 20A fuse in the new horn wire as close to the battery as possible, you can get pre-wired, waterproof fuse holders from any decent car parts place, or you can use a relay with it's own fuse holder built in.
If you get yourself a cheapy crimping tool and some crimped terminals (female blade terminals for the relay & horn, and a large eyelet terminal for the battery post) plus a fused relay you don't even need soldering skills. Try to get insulated terminals and you won't even need tape or heatshrink. It doesn't get any easier than this.
