Triumph has a real hole in their product line. On the cruiser side a jump from 900 to 2300 is, uh, not good marketing. Sometime they are bound to adress it but I bet it will be with FI, catalytic converters, complete engine computer control and all sorts of limitations on what can and can not be changed on the bikes. The dealer service will rule once they control the entire engine by computer.
The automobiles changes their codes every year and keep them very secret. Doing very much to a current auto engine without the huge expense of recertifying the EPA is difficult. And they will cost a LOT more money.
Would I trade for a another bike-no way.
