Maybe I missed it, but just because they are two women on bikes, is there any evidence that they were, in fact, lesbian? I see groups of guys on bikes and don't automatically assume they're gay.
Being rude and being gay are two totally different things, and being one doesn't mean you are the other. We appear to have drifted a little into the realm of "taking a dig at lesbians" rather than taking a dig at people being rude.
Just an observation while I'm in "tolerant" mode
