The odds against a stingray striking and hitting a vital organ are so astronomically high that I can hardly believe it happened at all. He was an incredibly entertaining wildlife advocate and will be greatly missed. I dive in Florida and the Caribbean alot and have hand fed stingrays many times over the years. I just can't believe it even happened...
