Went to the ABFM (All British Field Meet) at P.I.R today. Took a bunch of pics. After taking a ride in an old Land Rover on the motocross track, I have decided I have to get one someday. A late 60's or early 70's model will do just right. Of course there were more cars than bikes. But there were a couple interesting British bikes. Anyway, here are a few pics...

I'm not so sure that glass was cut down. Maybe just "layed down"? Looks like maybe some hardware there to prop it up with...

Cool enough, though.

Great pics!

Very cool pics! I went on a Landrover rally one time with a friend and his Defender 90. We hit some really rough trails in West Virginia, including some deep mud pits. We had an absolute blast! They are truly tough machines and alot of fun to drive!

The AH 100 and early 6's had a 2 position tilting windscreen. That one is in the lower position.

Thanks for sharing your photos. I nearly bought a Land Rover in 1976, but went for a Chev. Blazer. I also like the Washington Competitive Shooting sticker on the first photo.

Sweet pictures! I especially like the one of the Morgan with the Union Jack under the hood. Looks like the weather was perfect as well.

I'll be heading up to Detroit this coming weekend to attend the 'Battle of the Brits' vintage motorcycle and car meet. My neighbor is going with me, and my bro is meeting up with us as well. I'll try and post some shots of my own.

What's your E-address? I just finished a Spitfire project, and I'll send you some pictures.

Funnily enough I'm looking for a Landrover right now. Old Series 3 or 90/110 Defender.. anyone know anyone who's selling?
