The clutch chatter was an early issue with the TBAs, they have since redesigned the clutch to eliminate this. This is something that is covered by the warranty, it needs a new clutch basket, springs and clutch plates, about $700 worth of dealer work, make them do it for free even if it's out of warranty. It is a well known issue at Triumph. If they do not want to do it, complain directly to Triumph until they will.
