If the dealer rejetted and removed the AI, he should have also adjusted your pilot (D) screws and even synched your carbs. If he did all that and knew what he was doing then you only need to turn the black knob to set your idle... and as was mentioned, 1100-1200 is good. We are assuming you have the choke knob pushed in after the engine is warmed up.....
