I guess you're pretty busy with the rally and all, but where are the carbs?!?! We're anxiously waiting!

sweatmachine... if you are talking about these...

these are the 36MM flatslides i have been running them on my bike from the start of the riding season..i really like them they pull very hard and are a big step over the stock carb's...and i have done the leg work on them and like i said before i am giving pat all the info on the carb's and i will help him get more set's done..now that i have ran them for most of the riding season we had very nice spring so i really want to see how they run in the cooler weather to night on the way home from my daughter's soccer game it was about 48 degrees they ran strong and steady .. and i really hope to get them dynoed..but i can tell you they are a big step over stock with out the dyno...

They sit on my buffet in the kitchen. I am waiting for new airfilters to arrive, and for Ed to make me a brace for them. New filters are needed as the backs of the carbs are quite a bit larger than the stock CVKs.
I would like to dyno the bike first and see what the new cams did, but I may just go ahead and get them on anyway. They are easy enough to swap back and forth. I just need to dick around with the cables a little too, hoping the spare cable I have will still be good to go. Besides, it's been crappy out and I have been getting the kids ready to start school and brewing for the rally and mowing the lawn and washing my laundry...

I'm sure we can get a forum member to volunteer to do the laundry and take care of your kids, you get on to the more important stuff! like beer and carbs!

Biker, that fuel line looks BAAAAAAD!

Looks like you could fit a whole dinosaur through it.

Just so you know, I just called home and they're still on the buffet.
I figured Jane would have put them on her Magna by now. But there's only 2 and she would need 4 of em.
