Morning all, I was wondering if anyone has a photo of a Speedmaster with the Air Dam installed?? I am thinking of adding it to my bike and would like to see it first.

Dumb question here. Beside looking good, what does the air dam do?

I think the purpose is to streamline/direct air flow into the oil cooler supposedly to enable better cooling of same?

And to add a shiny bit to the look of the bike.

I have one on my bike. If I remember I'll take a few pics tonight or maybe sometime this weekend. BrianPDX is another member that has one and I'm sure he has pics in his gallery.

hey angelis putting a pic on is not too hard. First get your pic. Next you want to right click your mouse and chose properties. After that left click the mouse and drag on the address (URL) part to high light it then right click and chose copy. Now when you are replying to a post, on the post part you will find underneath the instant UBB code box. Chose imamge and you will see an explorer user prompt come up. On this prompt past the http:// right click the mouse and chose paste and you have your pic.

I dunno....It's not my bike! I was posting a pic of Ray's bike (birchr) as he's in Canada, and I knew he had dam on his.... PM him and ask him. Just don't expect a prompt reply....

It might just be me, but I reckon those things look like someone's stuck a medieval codpiece on the bike. If you really gotta have one, have a look at Boogieman's chrome ones... classier than the Triumph jobs.

The air dam and the fly screen don't really have much benefit until you get up to about 140mph!

That is a Memphis Shades screen with optional blue tint. Just like my wife's, but her's is yellow tint.

I think you're looking at the wrong pic Pat. The one your talking about is from Angelis gallery, he's asking about Ray's bike which he told me the make on Sunday but sure enough I can't remember what it is right now. That think has a lot of coverage. Probably a good thing where the weather can change instantly.

It's a SlipStreamer fairing...

National Cycle makes also makes a "full" fairing...
