Just thought I'd like to share this verse that was on the birthday card my old man sent me today...

The Lad's Prayer:

Our beer,
Which art in barrels,
Hallowed be thy drink,
Thy will be drunk,
At home as it is in the pub,
Forgive us our daily spillage,
As we forgive those who spill beer on us,
Lead us not into wine tasting,
And deliver us from alco-pops,
For ours is the bitter,
The spirits and the lager,
Forever and ever,
Barmen.

Many thanks for all your well wishes lads. Had a superb day yesterday, though today is not so good. Think I might have over done it a tad last night... oh well, never mind

So Mike, it transpires we're birthday buddies - cool! Hope you had a good day also mate.
High time we organised another meet - were you planning on going to Oliver's Mount again this year? I'll probably head over for the Sunday's events, 17th Sept I think it is, if you or anyone else fancies?

Celt, no all homebaked by my mates wife she does all the baking for their biker friendly cafe up on the Wolds, nice place and friendly Dafydd can vouch for that.
Dave thats a definitely most probable for the Sunday 17 Sept, meet at Seaways EH?
Everyone else welcome to see the thrills and occassional spills on the Olivers mount road Race cct.
Get in touch with me or Dafydd if you want to meet up.
Cheers, Mike
