While I was on a Venture ride in Susanville I won a can of Seafoam. I have never used a additive before, gas or oil. One of the riders with a 20 year old Venture tells me to try it in my 03 Triumph with 30,000 miles on it. He says to empty the can into the tank and fill it up with gas. I finally tried it yesterday. Holy cow! After about 40 miles the bike is running like I haven't seen since new. I'm hitting the limiter in 1st through 4th very easily, and the roll ons in 5th gear 60 to 110 MPH are amazeing. I'm now a believer, and I'm going to start useing this in all my bikes and autos. The guys in the Venture group recommend a can in the tank every 5 to 6000 miles to keep the carbs clean. These guys seem to know what they are talking about. They have 4 carbs to deal with, and since useing Seafoam they don't have to disassemble and boil out their carbs.
