These guys http://www.bdm.com/ have a decent line of "factory choppers" that might be worth stocking.

If you can do it without a big initial investment, the Enfield line would be a good thing to have, largely because most of the parts interchange with the classic version. If there is a Brit bike community of any size nearby, you should get a lot of parts business.
