Go to Pats, web site and download the step to step instructions (with pictures) to do your carb work.
Make sure you order all your parts before you begin, make sure you buy the replacement set of carb screws Brents web site and replace the philip heads screws.
Do one mod at a time this way if something goes wrong it will be easier to back track and fix.
I pulled the first and second set set of baffles out and re-jetted.
Use Pat's carb caculator for the proper jets. The air mixture screws have to be turned out at least 3 to 3 1/2 turns to get rid of the backfire.
