From what I've sensed your looking for in volume, you need to get 3 baffels out. I think you may still want the fourth in.
At 2 baffles out you should not need to re-jet. At 3 out You should still be ok but may need to re-jet (no biggie).
You should be able to adjust your mixture screws and be ok.
Have you mod the airbox or done anything else to your bike?
I had 2 baffels out and holes drilled in my 3rd and 4th and did not need to rejet. That is why I think 3 out will still be ok. You WILL have to turn your screws out though.
I ran with only 1 baffle for a bit, but I wanted more and gutted the pipes. Except for the reducer in the front of the pipe. LEAVE THAT IN for backpressure. You'll see it, it shrinks the pipes inside diameter down to like an inch.
