My wife has no complaints with the touring seat. Granted I may have little room to crow about that as she does not ride with me that often.
A real test of the seat as far as comparable comfort would be how it feels on an extended trip. As it seems it is more than adequate for short haul trips where you are on the bike from a half hour to an hour or so.
some dont like the looks of it on the Speedmaster and say it ruins the lines of the bike. I have left mine on instead of returning the stock gunfighter seat. The look grew on me and I have no problems with it.
