Hey everyone, got some new tunes this weekend! A while back I heard a song on the radio and when they said who played it I wrote his name down. Ben Harper, heard the name before but never really payed attention. In the song I heard, he mentioned the curse of the Bambino incidentally... Anyway, got the album sunday. It's great! Two CDs actually. Called "Both sides of the gun". I've only listened to disc 2 so far, I think I'll switch it out tomorrow. If you like Derek Trucks, you'll like this guy. In fact he played some slide on one tune that sounded uncannily like DT! Anyway, check it out. Good bluesy, funky, folky, jazzy kinda stuff.
