As does Harbor Freight (where I bought mine*)

*At the time I was shopping for jacks, Harbor Freight had the best price. Sears price varies from time to time. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and heft of the Harbor Freight product. As you know, the delivery charges can be a significant part of the price. Sears may allow an in-store pick to help defray freight charges if that works for you.

A set of ratchet straps like the ones we use to move a bike on a pickup or trailer to secure the bike to the jack are good to have, but I've used my jack with no straps for quick fixes. Sears and Tractor Supply and flea markets sell the straps very reasonably. I paid $20 for a set of four. Look for the straps with the plastic coated round stock hooks as opposed to flat stock hooks. The round stock hooks are more motorcycle friendly.

In other words

Forgive me for what may be obvious, but keep a close eye on where you're lifting. The oil filter can get crushed by the jack if postioned just so. (I hate it when that happens.)
