Bonneville America Forums Forums Technical Forums Accessories Device: motorcycle upright: push it around?

I dont know what the device is called but I've seen them in several photos of bikes from UK. The device appears to go under the back axel, I'm sure the device goes on vertial then is pushed horizontal and the bike stays upright and I think it can be moved around on the devices wheels. Where could I purchase one?
