Found the parts list. The bags on my bike are for Dyna Glide model 214, S214, 224, S224 1991 to present.
After reading the problems the Valkerie owner had, I shaped a 2" wide peice of alumnium so it fit inside the bags where the mounts are. Then I drilled holes so it would fit over the mounts. This gives the bags rigidity and should stop the movement that lead to that guys problem.
