Sorry, I looked in the garage but I must have thrown away the paper work. After having them for several months I am impressed how rugged they are. When I did my famous "Brainless Dismount" without putting the kick stand down at the air machine, the bags saved my bacon and took the brunt of the weight of the bike against the curb. The scratches were so minute, they are not visible after light polishing.
