What I did was take a peice of screening the kind you buy to replace a torn window screen. I cut two pieces in a 2.5 ' circle. In then took a peice of foam cut that in a 2 1/4 circle. Sandwiched the two together and tacked it together with crazy glue.
It fit perfect over the 2" inch hole I drilled in the bottom of the box and airfilter lined up perfectly.
Put it all back together and took it for a long ride the other night and I double checked it today and is working just like it should.
