You did not say if you re-adjusted your pilot air screws. They should be re-set to at least 3 1/4 turns out. You need a D-tool to adjust them Brent sell them on his site. make sure you order the carb screw set also.
Turn them all the way in until they seat and then back them out 3 1/4 turns. Then take her for a ride you may have to re-adjust another 1/4, but I think 3 1/4 will do it for you.
