I know it seems like you got your heart set on getting a uni filter, but k&n do one for the America/Speedmaster can't remember the part No. at the moment, got one in mine and the difference is realy marked, bit more expensive but pays for itself in the end, just went round to my local dealer and it was delivered the next day. Just an idea if your having trouble getting a uni.
