Buddy of mine got ping-ponged on I95 last year. Same thing with the SUV pulling into his lane only he couldn't get out of the way. The SUV pushed him, he ended up headed toward another truck on his other side (the ping-pong effect) hit it and then managed to recover. He just looked at both and got the hell out of there (he's a ricer so probably at about 150 mph) I don't blame him for that, my adrenaline woulda been pumping too.
