New here and very excited to now be a part of this group.
I am riding a 06 speedmaster and love'n it. The first thing that desperately is asking for change is the rear turning signals. For my taste they need to be moved to the side and have a more elegant style maybe more bullet shaped. I have seen some really beautiful mods in the member’s gallery proving it’s possible. I am not mechanically inclined, not stupid mind you but have little experience with wiring.
Questions:
Is it possible to order turning lights meant for a Harley and attach them to my bike if so are there specs I need to pay attention to when ordering the lights to make the job easier? Is this a project that someone with little experience can do? Is it just a matter of using the existing wires and attaching them to the new turn signals? Anyone have any links that show how to do something like this?
