I have to report that my (current) time with the speedmaster is coming to an end a week today.
It was decided that we need the space in the garage more than me need two bike so either the Sprint RS or the Speedmaster has to go.
Now both are fine bikes but I doubt I could live without my fix of speed and the serious acceleration the Sprint gives me.
So off the the gargae I go, the Triumph dealer near me is bolted onto a Honda dealer as well, so I thought hmmm I'll have a look in the Honda shop too, in the interests of fairness you understand.
The CB1300 and its huge ammounts of torque really grabbed me and its at a decent price too when you consider the spec of the bolt on components.
But
Upstairs in the Triumph shop the RAT pack leader and saleman say hey Don what do you want a Honda for its way to bland a bike for you. Jump up onto this Sprint ST and then turns to Nicki(my wife) and says you jump up there as well, its not as much of a seat step as you think.
And lo she loves the seat and the position, so after a copuple of days firing emails and pm's to guys I know with both bikes (thanks Adey) I have just done the deal to swap both my bikes for the Sprint ST. I pick it up on Friday

I have been asked to return the speedy to its original state less a few triumph bolt ons, as a result I will be selling
A set of thunderbike pipes (we all know how good they are)
A set of home made (but none the worse for that) stainless steel pannier supports.
An America front and pillion seat (so new I'm gutted)

The AI removal kit???? why do they want the AI back on???
