Hey Grump - Yeah, I read all about your experience. We've found that a very small percentage of these bikes are impossible to adjust out the popping with the stock screws. It sounds like your bike falls into that category. We're making the screws for the vast majority where the carbs tend to react well to the stock measurements. We'll see how testing goes...
