I did that. Had a set made same as stock. With my setup, the bike popped on decel like crazy and I couldn't "tune" it out with the thumbscrews. I installed the stock screws and had the same results - popping like crazy. I went back to the HD thumbscrews and the bike runs fine with no popping at about 1 1/4 turns out. A little rich, but not enough to worry about.
