Sigh, I'm not sure I like being described as 'harmless', but these days its probably true

Well maybe "mostly" harmless

Hey Korja, doc here, welcome to the site. I sure wish I was where you are! Spent 2 years in Mannheim, a short distance from beloved Heidelberg. My first daughter was born in Heidelberg way back in 1985, and we did plenty of partying before that, I'll tell ya. I will never forget the time I spent there, you have it made, for sure....

Hey Korja .....do you put MAYO on your French fries?

If you do it today you MIGHT regret it. If you CAN'T do it tomorrow you WILL regret it.

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!

I feel that the entire world has embraced me. Thank you all. I know that I am in good hands here.

A few answers to your questions and remarks:

- Yes, I do put mayonnaise on my french fries! ... and strongly recommend you to do so too

- About politics; each person has to do their job right; the baker bakes bread, the post man carries letters, the police man hunts criminals and the CIA terrorists, the president rules the land. I pay taxes for my country and if a job is carried out in a bad way, I take my money and go to a different country.

- Bonneville dropping America; England wants to do well for America and gives a present to them: the best motorcycle ever, the Triumph Bonneville. We all know the story of the motorcylce victory at Bonneville. The English wanted to only give up their motorycle and not the victory. Therefore, there is Triumph Bonneville and Triumph America. I think this is still better than the Italians and their Trojan horse.
By the way, I have heard that in 2007 there will be a new model, Bonneville Russia...

- If you ask me about alcohol and women, ten years ago I would have said: "I drink everything that burns and sleep with everything that moves around". Fortunately, I have been married for ten years now, my wife is the best and you can keep the rest.

See you on the road

P.S. Hi Eddy 1016 - I had no problems at all understanding you. If you want we can continue communicating in Russian. Regards to your family. Korja

At the end of all excitement there is a Triumph! Rgds, Korja

Welcome aboard Korja! So far, everybody I've contacted on the forum seems really great (although a few might be genuinely certifiable!) One thing is for certain, I've learned more about my bike in just a couple of weeks that I learned in the prior year on my own.
