By the way, I also make ciders, meads and wine. Apples are grown all over in this part of the country and there are cider mills aplenty. I buy 5 gallons of fresh cider, toss in some champaign yeast and nector is just a few weeks away. But it is so smooth and goes down too fast and at 15%, it will hurt you quickly.
