I have to disagree about progressive... when I was rear ended several months back the lady that hit me also had progressive, I definetly felt the agent was only representing her...lowballing me on everything... missed wages, out of pocket expenses, doctor bills... It took them a week before they quoted my bike... all's fine now but it was a real pain dealing with them
