Ideally I do agree with you. I am not into clubs as far as motorcycling goes at this point other than the PGR and it is not a motorcycle club per se.

The Patriot Gurd Riders does now have nice large patch for the back of vest or jacket. It does not say club on it and although I dont have one now I do plan to purchase one and I sure dont intend to ask any locals whether its OK or not....althought the PGR website says it might be wise to check the local COC by asking the Az state ride Captain.

If anyone local would have any issues with a Patriot Guard Rider Patch that says "Riding With Respect" ...well they would just have to kiss my Irish nether region.

There is a homecoming "Welcome Home" ride on Sunday up in Phoenix. A gathering of PGR people from Az to welcome home a chief Warrant Officer returning home from a tour of duty in the middle East.

Kinda nice that my first ride with the PGR will not be to attend a funeral but to say "Thanks and Well Done" to a returning vet from the current conflict.
