Ask to put as much as you can on your Visa card, every card has some sort of points good for airline tickets ect. mine has points that goes towards our insurance home owners auto ect. then pay cash for the rest of it. Their eyes light up when you have cash.
I bought mine from Libby's Motor World in New Haven, CT. they were willing to deal on the base price and allowed me to put $2,500 on my Visa and I did spend alot on helmets and other gear at their store.
But to me they are dick heads they treated you like a brother when you were buying but would not p*ss on you if you were on fire after the sale.
Plus they gooned me on the 500 mile check up. I have not been back since.
