My little joke about the name America being dropped by Triumph was just that...a joke. It was intended to be along the same lines as the running jokes we have around here about Speedmasters being faster than Americas, or which color bike is the fastest.
If I would've known it was going to create this thread, I wouldn't have done it. It pains me to see some of the insults thrown around in this thread. We're supposed to be here for the comraderie and the bikes, not to pound on each other. So lighten up guys.
