Those of us who campaigned for him and manned the phones, walked the streets and passed the fliers were able to outdo, out manauever, outwit and win despite a media that hates George, hates America (other than Fox), despite most of Europe that hated him as well.
No Kevin, believe it or not, most of us don't HATE him like you on the far right seem to think, it's just that we think he is a far cry from the right person for the job. Had the Republicans had the balls to push McCain forward as the right candidate, instead of trying to have the novelty of having a Bush Father/Son record, I think the Republicans would be amazed at the difference in public opinion today about the job the GOP is doing. And, as far as the comment about hating Bush and hating America, please stop trying to insinuate that if you don't like Bush or don't agree with the current policies that you are somehow "hating America", because that is such an old and worn out load of assinine BS it's sickening! Perhaps, if you stepped out of your narrow world for a while and actually looked around, you'd see that maybe those you deem as hating America, are simply those who don't have the arrogance to believe that the US is the only country in the world that "gets it" and the rest of the world is simply wrong, hates America or is misguided. As Bedouin mentioned, Europe was dealing with terrorism on a scale we can't imagine (daily carbombings, kidnappings, etc...) while we were still thinking white Don Johnson suits were cool. Maybe you've missed it, but on MANY occasions the current administration has praised the various European countries for being key in breaking terror cells, where do you suppose these countries (soft as they are on terrorists it appears according to the far right) got this experience in infiltrating and breaking terror cells?(and please don't tell me it was from us!)

Oh, by the way Kevin, you might want to find another network, apparently, they have had the auadicity to start questioning the wisdom of Iraq now (I know, their complete lack of Patriotism and obvious hatred of America is sickening, I practically wretch when Bill O'reilly comes on). Yeah, it seems they have somehow woken up to just how hamstrung we are now that Iran has loomed on the horizon as the enemy that W was warning us about (except that he was talking about Iraq, maybe he just can't spell, and got Iraq and Iran confused huh) Yeah, seems that not only did we remove the major counterbalance to the extremists fundamentalist Islamo-fascists in Iran when we took down Saddam, but we also tied our hands so completely with trying to not only win against Al Queda in Iraq, but also now trying to prevent a civil war from breaking out at any moment, that now we can't really do much of anything with Iran. They practically laugh in our faces (along with Kim Jong Il in N. Korea) on a daily basis! And how about all the love coming out of the Iraqi Shiite population in Iraq now after the pummeling that Lebanon is taking. Hmmm, that's funny, I thought the Shiites were the good Muslims in Iraq that supported us, since we liberated them from Saddam. Seems they don't like us so much lately! And no, that's not some whiny leftwing tripe Kevin, even Gen. Pace just got done testifying before Congress that Iraq is potentially on the edge of Civil War (or does he hate America too, probably a defeatist deep down huh?)
See Kevin, you might look at Beduoin, Dwight, or I as those who simply just hate W, or America (don't really care since it's so simply wrong!), maybe we just don't like someone trying to shove a tablespoon of crap down our throats while they tell us it's chocolate pudding!
