Some very well educated and well spoken men and women have run for office and in some cases they win. Those very same so-called educated and well spoken men and women do not always have what it takes to lead.
Winning a Dale Carnegie contest does not a leader make.
In times like ours it takes much more than being a ketchup magnate (via marriage) who speaks well but runs from a fight like a bully after his first bloody nose from an honest fighter. It takes more than a man whose sole interst in life is to tell us all that evolved climate change is "global warming" that we caused and that we better do something about. We dont need idiots to try and have us focus on BS ideas like global warming and "globalization"
At this time and in this place we needed a simple honest man who is doing the best he can to fulfill his oath to defend and protect us from all enemies foreign and domestic.
It seems like lots of liberals (worldwide) seem to think that George Dubya is supposed to do whatever they think is in their best interests. Thats where they are wrong. George must do only that which is in the best interests of the USA per his elected duty. He is not the president of Europe or Turkey or Greece. He is the president of the US whether Dwight or Bedouin or any other misinformed left wing bleeding heart idealogue likes it or not.
George was elected by a majority of votes the second time around and both times by electoral majority no matter how slight. Those who cry about the hangin chads can bite us all.
Those of us who campaigned for him and manned the phones, walked the streets and passed the fliers were able to outdo, out manauever, outwit and win despite a media that hates George, hates America (other than Fox), despite most of Europe that hated him as well. We won because we did not want a slick willie Dale Carnegie special like al bore or john skeery to lead us. We wanted someone with some cojones.
We got it. We dont care who likes it or not in Europe or Turkey or France or anyplace else.
We would much rather have a "monkey" for a president than a yellow belly cowardly well spoken internationalist anyday.
Keep your well spoken internationalists. If you get in the ring with a fighter the fighter will come out bleeding but victorious when the opposition is tantamount to thousands of well spoken, educated elitists who think they know what is best for the world.
He is not your leader Bed. He is our leader. That you would intimate he should be is perhaps a backhanded compliment but he is not. I dont even know who the president of Greece is nor do I care. Should eye? Should you?
Whoever he is he will not be remembered. George will have a very good legacy when history is written much as Abraham Lincoln. Time will tell. History will show him to be a tough leader who took the high road and made the hard decisions in the early days of WW3 when all the cowards worldwide took the low road and stuck their heads in the sand for comfort.
So remember push come to shove George is our President and he is...
