This morning in the UK the BBC announced that in a survey they found that 'the majority' of British people wanted to live abroad and had seriously considered emigratng.

13% said they are going in the 'near future'. This is double the figure since 2003.

25% of 'younger' Brits want to leave soon. They want a better quality of life and better weather. They also said the UK was 'too expensive'.

12% did not like 'what the UK had become'.

The most popular destinations were: Australia, Spain, New Zealand and the US.

a record 350,000 brits left in 2004, 33% more than 10 years ago.

How long has Tony Blair been in charge ? - since 1997 - Almost 10 years ! now don't that tell you something.

Probably the biggest complaint is the EEC - it has takes an ever increasing percentage of the GNP and is rotten to the core with corruption. Next is the unwillingness and inability of the government to takle illegal immigration and then the Human Rights laws that seem to protect the rights of the criminal and penalise the good guy.

Sleaze is another issue. Members of the government (and opposition) seem to believe that they are not restrained by moral or legal standards and can do what they like. Tony Blair has defended so many people for gross misconduct or inappropriate actions, but they all come back a few months later with better paid jobs and more power. They are even trying to change the freedom of information act, refusing to give information on 'cost ' grounds, to deter the people from finding out about their corruption.

So - chill out - we ( the voters ) in 'the West' have lost the war along with those in the East, North and South.

All Politicians, Dictators and Royalty pee in the same pot, and are on the gravy train and unless they pi** of the other members of the exclusive 'club' will always find a bolt hole to live out the rest of their days in luxury.
