Yeah I am going to Baxters, for sure that Saturday. How 'bout you? I hope to ride but I just had knee sugery and haven't been riding. Doc says to try it out next week.
I went last year with a couple of guys from Omaha I met and one wase riding an old trident 1975 and the other a Norton 850. They were really screwin' it down. I kept up easy enough on the Speedy, and i think it kind of surprised them.
I might be in Des Moines the 8/11-13 to see a friend there. Still have that vetter?
The summer's been a bit of a bummer with the bad knee and very little riding since the end od June.
Maybe that's why I've been so cantankerous?
