Front axle torque

Anybody know the correct torque for the front axle and the
clamping bolts? When I took my front tire off I was bending
the 12mm allen wrench and that seemed a little tight. I'm
built like a gorilla and I had a Heck of a time with it.

Front wheel spindle fixing = 60 Nm
Front wheel spindle clamp bolt = 20 Nm

There used to be a link from this site to a spreadsheet listing all the torque settings, but I can't find it anymore. If anyone would like a copy emailing, drop me a line.
