I agree it is the people sueing. But if ever ham and egg lawyer is willing to sue anyone for anything it makes a mockery out of whythe justice system was established.. Like why did your buddy get sued? Cause he renderd aid to someone in need.. Now if the person doing the sueing had any kind of brain they would say "thenk you kind sir, you dont know me from a can of paint but offerd to unselfishly help me in what may be a time of need". But insted he said by his actions, " hey thanks for helping me, now as a token of my gratude I will see you and your money in court".. The lawyer who took the case knew it was BS, but even if it were ot go to court the lawyer, the and the court makes money.. It is all about money. Like it or not we are a greedy lazy looking for a quick buck society.. My momther is a lawyer, she worked in a big lawfirm once she passed her bar exam.. Ever client they had was billed by the hour. As in if it took a clerk 5 min to make some copies in the clients file, the client was billed.. She was told to make small talk on the phone with the clients to increase billing hours.. She left there shortly after and now has her own practice. Everyone cries that these cases clog up the justice system and real cases take forever. But if it were the case dont you think the court system would have abetter way? Courts make money on cases also..
