A friend of mine was skiing last winter. Some cut him off, and he ran over the guy's skis causing him to fall and hurt himself. My friend stopped and HELPED him (his father is a doctor, so he knows basic first aid stuff anyway). The guy ended up suing him. How had he NOT stopped the guy never would have gotten his name to sue him. THAT is why there are laws like that, because the injured people cause the trouble, not the lawyers. The lawyers are just doing their job...
