That website also had a rather unpleasant video of some guy on a Harley going off a cliff. Gives you the heebie jeebies just thinking about it.

Holy **it... you would have to bring me a new pair of pants after that.

Where was this viedo taken? Hope the rider was okay and that the other's don't ride like that.

Ya know Phil, I have heard that they've been having a little problem dialing in the handling on those new 2006 Twin-Cam "Lifestyles"...but THIS is the first time I've seen evidence of this.

Did the guy lose his wits or did the Harley go straight when he tried to turn?

....And ACTUALLY, the stupid S.O.B. was LUCKY that, as he passed the couple with the camera on that BLIND CURVE, that Clem WASN'T comin' the opposite direction at that exact moment, driving his beatup '73 F100 Pickup.

It almost looks like he did not even try to turn and his buddy was following in the same exact line of travel. Neither one was very bright but I hope he was ok.

After another look, he was carrying a lot of speed for a Harley in a not so tight curve. If he had not run off the road in that turn, the tighter curve directly ahead would have gotten him.

I guess he missed the part of the course about counter steering.

No, oh good, Dumbarse rider had no idea about "look where you want to go". Serves him right. Probably told his mates some cager ran him off the road.

Classic example of 'you go where you look'. He did not turn but went right over. Of course, he should not have been pulling a stunt like that in the first place.

When we were in GA, we got stuck behind this truck doing maybe 12MPH. Talk about frustrating. However, we all waited until we had a passing lane and then re-commenced having fun.

Don't worry people! I've seen MUCH WORSE! That guy's gonna be okay!

But I gots me a feelin' that he'll be a "little" more careful next time on that "Big Rig" o' his.(that is if he's not a RUB, and has "suddenly discovered" that motorcycling "ain't his bag")

Isn't there some sort of Good Samaritan law that applies to the morons in the truck? They just left when they could have provided the most assistance of anyone.

Sounds to me like they had been passing the bong so to speak. They were more worried about getting their butts kicked than helping out.

Sorry folks... I have no sympathy for stupid. The dumb bastigen deserved it (whatever happended). Ride Thorton Gap here in VA on a weekend and see what I mean. That bad boy culls the dumb ones almost every weekend.

Take it from a guy that investigates alot of accidents each year. That is evolution's way of weeding out Harley Riders who pass in a no passing zone and try to take the twisties as if they're on a Triumph........Angelis

the most upsetting thing about that is that the people in the cage just drove away???? what the he!! is that about??? i am afraid, they are bikers, and they might kick are arses??? if this was 1969 i might understand, but these guys were just a bunch of h.d. posers that would probably have apriciated the assist of everybody and if there buddy needed medical assitance, possibly they could have loaded him into their van and got him somewhere. MAN!!!! that just aint right!!!! i know he had no buisness passing at that moment, and probably was a little undereducated for how to ride that type of road, but still, they should have stopped if for nothing more than to make sure everything was alright!!!! very sad!!!! on the upside.....man that was funny hahahahahahaha he just drove that thing straight off the edge like a deer caught in the headlights hahahahahaha i know i shouldnt laugh because it could happen to anybody at anytime but i just couldnt help laughing....just a little.

I think that only applies to doctors, medical profession types. But yeah they should have stopped. Even if they are all docs n lawyers, to some they are just a "gang" of bikers.

I am sure he was ok. DId not look like there were any hard objects for him to hit, other then his bike. As for the car driving off and good samaritan laws.. They apply to everyone..

What they do is protect you for giving aid to someone. Now lets say these people stopped and helped that guy,but while getting him to the road he was further injured. Te laws protect them form legal action.. They also protect medical people as well, but if we are not on duty..As in if I see a accident and I am not on duty I do not have to stop. I am not required to stop, and can not be held liable if I dont.. But if I were at work and saw it I would have to stop and render aid. Even if it were not my county..

Breaks down to 3 diffrent laws haveto be broken.

#1 is duty.
As in do I have a duty to respond to the call.
I I am not at work, no I dont. If i am at work, yes I do.

#2 is breach of Duty,
As in was I at work and did not stop? Was I closer to a call then a same or lesser equiped unit? Yes or no?

#3 is causeation.
By my not stopping caused the patients condition to worsen..

So to take me to court and win you must prove that I was at work, that I was required to go to the call, and that my not going or not providing care caused the patient to get worse..

Now these sound harsh, but look in the rellow pages in your phone book under attorney. Thank them for making this up. If everyone was not so quick ot sue somene else for there own stupidty it would not be that bad..

Had a motorbike crash the other day, guy was on a HD the bike was ok but he went off road and the bike had pinned him down. His leg was most likley broke, and he was missing a few teeth. It just so happens that he went into a creek bed, well bike was holding him down, needed ot move it, my partner and I moved the bike by flipping it the other way, damn that water was deep on the edge lol..

A friend of mine was skiing last winter. Some cut him off, and he ran over the guy's skis causing him to fall and hurt himself. My friend stopped and HELPED him (his father is a doctor, so he knows basic first aid stuff anyway). The guy ended up suing him. How had he NOT stopped the guy never would have gotten his name to sue him. THAT is why there are laws like that, because the injured people cause the trouble, not the lawyers. The lawyers are just doing their job...

I agree it is the people sueing. But if ever ham and egg lawyer is willing to sue anyone for anything it makes a mockery out of whythe justice system was established.. Like why did your buddy get sued? Cause he renderd aid to someone in need.. Now if the person doing the sueing had any kind of brain they would say "thenk you kind sir, you dont know me from a can of paint but offerd to unselfishly help me in what may be a time of need". But insted he said by his actions, " hey thanks for helping me, now as a token of my gratude I will see you and your money in court".. The lawyer who took the case knew it was BS, but even if it were ot go to court the lawyer, the and the court makes money.. It is all about money. Like it or not we are a greedy lazy looking for a quick buck society.. My momther is a lawyer, she worked in a big lawfirm once she passed her bar exam.. Ever client they had was billed by the hour. As in if it took a clerk 5 min to make some copies in the clients file, the client was billed.. She was told to make small talk on the phone with the clients to increase billing hours.. She left there shortly after and now has her own practice. Everyone cries that these cases clog up the justice system and real cases take forever. But if it were the case dont you think the court system would have abetter way? Courts make money on cases also..

What puzzles me is that, ok, the first guy lost it (his line - or never had one), what's the second moron doing following him?
