I also am on BP meds, took a foolish trip to North GA mountains on Monday (left at 0600 to avoid 100+ temps), got to Vogel State Park, stayed in water at beach, took long nap in swing under tree (us old people do that), headed back a little too early (5:30 pm), both arms going numb coming down through Dahlonega. First, real "tingly", then weird numb sensation. Got off bike, walked and drank, feeling returned, got home late, and worn out....slipped into 10 hour coma...but had a blast....sux getting old....
