A word of caution.....
It has been scientifically proven that if we drink 1 litre of water each day, at the end of the year we would have absorbed over one kilogram of Escherichia Coli bacteria found in water, that contains faeces.
In other words, we are consuming one kilogram of s***. However, we do not run that risk when drinking rum, gin, whiskey, beer wine or other liquors because alcohol has to go though a distillation process of boiling, filtering an fermentation.
It is my duty to convey to all of you people who are drinking water, to stop doing so. It has been scientifically proven tha it is unhealthy and bad for you.
Therefore, it is better to drink alcohol and talk s*** than to drink water and be full of it !
seriously, I have had kidney stones twice directly attributed to dehydration. I used to drink very little water and take loads of antacid indigestion remedies that were full of calcium, and paid the price.
A big risk from lack of fluids while riding is cramps. Get that in your hands or legs when riding and the tarmac WILL come up to greet you.
Ride Safe....
