Gatorade, Powerade, and the like are good in moderate amounts, to replace the minerals/electrolytes and all, then stick to mostly water. So, get a small bottle of the sport drink, then a litre of water, then anothe litre of water. The mostly water keeps you hydrated, the other provides balance.
