Hhawk is right on. My son has run xcountry for 4+ yrs. and his exellent coach and running mags. say that for "non-extreme" exertion (like m'cyclng), use 1 part sports drink with 10 parts water. Real easy to mix b4 ride either in bottles or camelback. Be carefull.
