I know I've seen a similar comment here before.
But, Don't be proud of yourself for not having to pee all day long. You know your not getting proper hydration when you drink a gallon of gatorade and 2 gallons of water and never have to pee.
I found that (if you are going to be moving and not constant stop and go) a Thermal undershirt sure does help you to keep cool and it keeps the sun off you. Also it helps keep you from just sweating away all that H2O. But you are sure to die if you are in stop and go traffic! It's only good on open road.
