Good to know that the Triumphs out perform a Sportster. I did forget to mention another benefit of the Speedmaster is saving about $1,500. They both seem to hold their value nicely.
I like the looks of the lowered Sporsters too but I don't like the peg positions compared to the Customs. I like the more forward positioning.
I should know Trumph enthusiasts are going to stand by their bikes, but I figure a Triumph guy knows more about a Harley than a Harley guy knows about a Triumph.
